Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent to take up CS FOR                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 1(L&C), which had                                                                               
been held on the Secretary's desk (page 1013). Without objection, the                                                           
resolution was read the second time and was before the Senate on final                                                          
passage.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT                                                                              
RESOLUTION NO. 1(L&C) Encouraging the voluntary installation of                                                                 
fire sprinkler systems in residences, pass the Senate?" The roll was
